My relationship with Obral Silk & Assoc. LLC provides my clients with access to a law firm with extensive experience in personal injury litigation. I will be working hand in hand with the staff in order to meet the needs of my clients.

VERDICTS AND SETTLEMENTS
Over the years I have tried to a jury, arbitrated, and negotiated settlements involving more than four thousand different clients. My experience includes a wide spectrum of cases, including everything from death claims to simple injuries. Some examples follow:
$2,200,000.00 Medical malpractice death claim involving Hospital failure to properly treat mother following birth of the child.
$1,750,000.00 Ryder truck went left of center and struck the automobile in which the Plaintiff was a passenger. Plaintiff sustained multiple injuries resulting in death. Plaintiff was over 70 years old at the time of her death.
$1,100,000.00 Automobile accident in which car went left of center and struck the car Plaintiff was in. Case was settled for the Defendant’s insurance limits.
$1,000,000.00 Medical malpractice claim in which defendant doctor’s failed to timely diagnosis hydrocephalus in a child with a congenital genetic disorder.
$450,000.00 Medical malpractice action involving doctor’s negligent delivery of a child resulting in brachial plexus palsy.
$4,750,000 Upheld by the Supreme Court for damages suffered in automobile wrongful death lawsuit.
SUPREME COURT CASES
Johnson vs. University Hospital
Medical malpractice claim involving the wrongful birth of a child after the mother had undergone a tubal ligation.
Marsh vs. National Insurance
Successfully argued that a clause in Nationwide Insurance's uninsured motorist policy was unenforceable as against public policy resulting in a verdict for the injured client.
